if you view your bulletin, there's a delete button.
Or if you view the bulletins you've posted (go on any bulletin to do this - there will be an option at the top), you can delete it like that.

click on "bulliten posts" in the righthand box at the top. then click on whichever bulliten you want to delete, scroll down to the bottom, and there should be a button that says delete!=]
