charley horse painss :(

okay i get charley horses alomst every week and its pretty much always at night. you see, what happens is while im sleeping all of a sudden my left leg will get it extremely bad for about five minutes. i try to rub it but it doesnt haelp because the muscle is so hard. then its immediatly switches to the other leg for 5 minutes and i do the same thing and it doesnt help. i try to walk it off but i end up collapsing. and then the WHOLE next day my calfs will hurt. i drink plenty of water. about 5 regular bottles a day. i always stretch before i work out. and i eat a lot of bananas. (cuz there my favorite fruit).
but i dont know what to do it hurts so bad!!
help?

To summarize the search results: those leg cramps are pretty common in teenagers. They will reduce in frequency as you get older. If you don't already, take a multivitamin every day. If that doesn't help, see a doctor.
