It sounds like it makes you feel uncomfortable and that's very understandable. Make sure the reason is just that you are beautiful and not that your style of dress is giving you unwanted attention. It is pretty common for guys to do that. It's not a good quality though. Guys who are more respectful than that are more desirable.

Some guys, especially truckers, just do that. They are rude and bored.
