I have found out in my life that whenever I am nervous about something or am dreading something, my eye begins to twitch and only stops when whatever I was nervous about has passed. For the past two weeks this has happened only this time, i'm not really sure what i'm so anxious about.I've actually even bagan to shake. i catch myself shaking regularly and for me it is nOT normal.
Do you think it possible that its just my nerves, or could it be something more serious?
when i'm nervous (from anxiety) i start to shake as well. my legs start shaking uncontrollably. this is because the muscles in legs are contracting. to stop areas like your legs from shaking you place your foot firmly on the floor and sit straight. as for your eyes, i had something similar... everytime i closed my eyes, the lids would start fluttering and i wouldn't be able to fall asleep. for those types of muslces, you can't really control them, therefore eat some foods that are calming like bananas.
that's all i can help you with and i really hope you find something useful. i know how annoying this can be.

If you're worried about it, i suggest calling an eye clinic up and asking a professional. By calling, its free, and if it is something serious they'll let you know and you can scedual an appointment.
