I take it you are asking what you can talk about.

Well, there's everything to talk about.

You could start off with your day and what you have been up to. Conversation flows easily from there.

One point though - if it's full of awkward silences and getting boring, you don't have to stay on the phone. If you make it short and sweet, it's never a bad thing. Like, just to call and make sure she's okay etc.
