Sororities

Question Posted Tuesday September 30 2008, 4:11 pm

I'm a freshman in college and I go to a branch campus of Penn State University. I'm going here for 2 years and then I'll go to main campus for my junior and senior year. I'm wondering can you still join a sorority when you are a junior? They don't have any at the branch campuses, but i want to be in one when i go to main. Or would it be too late? Like do they only let freshmen and sophomores join?

You can join sororities any year, I believe. If you couldn't then transfer students would be out of luck, so I assume that it would still work out, but I'd contact one of the sororities to be sure as different frats and soros tend to have different admission rules.
