How do you get a lot of people to read your blog? I'm talking about people you don't know...whats a good way to get the word out about your blog?

also, where can i get good livejournal layouts? dont tell me to google it, i already did. send me specific sites.

For the sites: dont send me anything like createblog or anything found on google. im talking about like other livejournals, myspaces, or xangas that have livejournal layouts. .
