White Elephant

I have this friend who is having a birthday and a group of us are giving a "white elaphant" gift,
Got any ideas?

PS and if its a stupid thing like "a hair from your nose" expect a "1".

well a funny thing my mom did one christmas
was take a sparkly hair scrunchie
and wrap it in like. 5 boxes
one inside the other
so it just kept getting funnier and funnier
watching my cousin open each one.
also, she wrapped every box before she put it inside another
