General Admission may refer to standing room, which on that map would be the "open to dance floor or stage" area, or it could refer to a system where a section of seats are open and you choose wherever you want to sit [first come first served basis].

All concerts I have been to have been general admission for standing room only, although it depends on the the specific venue and concert.

Call the venue if you want to be certain where your tickets will place you.
