This is my first time building my own computer. Could I successfully build a computer with these parts( do they fit?)? What else do I need(sound card?)? THANKS!

You also didn't list an operating system, which you need to buy separately when building your own computer. You will need a 64-bit(x64) operating system to be able to use all 4GB of the RAM; otherwise you'll only see 3GB. 64-bit Windows OSs aren't as well supported; some Windows programs don't work on them.
A sound card isn't necessary unless you have 5.1 surround sound or better.
The power supply and case are more expensive than similar hardware.
Other than that, everything looks fine. The components should work together, and it should be a good gaming PC.
