Well, that really depends. If you want a dress that most likely, everyone will have go to Macy's, Carson's, JC Penny's. But, I would suggest going to boutiques. Boutiques don't sell the same dress to people from the same school, so you will be likely to be the only one wearing it. Since we dnt know where you live, I can't suggest anything. Go through the mall and go into everydress shop you wouldn't normally go to. Also, look in the phone book and call around. Look online to see if they have a website.

If you're looking for a dress that stands out and has more creativity, but more expensive try..
Neiman Marcus or Nordstrom.
