AMAZING sweet 16 ideas?
my bff is turning 16 in a little over a month. for my 15th birthday she was absolutely &rediculously awesome to me, she gave me this photo album of us & our friends that was sooo beautiful then threw me a surprise party. yeah, amazing, right?
... now i dont know how to pay her back! haha. shes a super friend and i dont know anything that would do justice.
i dont want to steal the whole surprise party idea but can anybody think of any way to totally make her sweet 16 the best day of her life?
if it helps her birthday is right near halloween! haha.

well, i know you didn't really want to do a surprise party, but what if you tell her you're having a halloween party. just tell her it's an hour later than you tell everyone else (or tell everyone else to be there early). everyone can dress up and stuff, and then have birthday cake and some happy birthday decos along with the halloween decor.
and maybe back her a cake and decorate it really cute, like write "happy birthday best friend!" and some inside jokes or add hearts and stuff like that.
