well this is concerning the last topic you commented on of mine.
Its going on 2 weeks now and yeah my monthley should start on sat, but for the past two days my stomack has been kinda hurting like cramping like menstral cramps, could it gust be that from excercise that it is doing that or that my monthley is coming up?

since its supposed to be coming on saturday my best guess would be that its just menstral cramps. the exercise can be increasing the cramps, but giving that its this close to saturday, it should be coming any time. so keep a look out!
