im 17 and adopted i don't know who my real parents are but would like to find out.do you know how old you have to be to be able to get to see your adopted papers from the state or where ever you get it from?and do i need permission from my adopted parents?and when do i get to see them without their permission?please help

It really depends on if it were an open or closed adoption & if your adoptive parents are helpful or not.
