Else than intercourse
Hi. Me and my boy friend we planned not to have intercourse until we will get married. We kiss each other on cheeks with our full love. Some days back he touched my stomach inside the shirt and breast over the bra. Is it safe or should i stop him...?
Another question is that what acts are there we can do to xpress our love and care which will not lead to pregnancy?

You didnt' tell me what your ages are(not that you needed to) so I'll be a tad bit limited.
Its a good ting that you guys choose not to have sex till marriage, its a choice most people forget to consider and end up ruining their future.
I personally think that touching is alright, as long as it doesn't get too far. It may not get too far to you, but for him it can be. If he seems to be getting to close below your waist, stop him. Otherwise, as long as your comfortable, he can do whatever.
To express how much you guys love each other, try to resort to gifts or little signs of affection. Anything sensual can get a little too far it it continues too often, but every now and again is okay. I'm not saying you can't kiss each other, but touching each other in a sensual way or anything farther than that can make things get out of hand.
And make sure he doesn't get too far with anything. He may not seem like he would want to have sex, but guys usually have a higher sexual drive than females, so he may push it a little. You might do it too, every now and again, so just keep you guys in check
