For like a week or so, try not using it as much. Like if you use it every day, try just every other day and alternate medications. When I was on them, I used Duac in the morning and Retin-A at night. So if you have a similar routine, use Duac one morning, then the next night use Retin-A. That way, you're still using the medication but not freaking your face out with too much of it. Personally I would suggest drinking more water -this helps to hydrate your skin-
