It's great program. Its called Future Business Leaders of America. You can join by joining a class called Virtual Enterprise. You start an online business with your classmates and students are named C.E.O. C.F.O. VP of Human Resources and so on and so on. You learn what each department does, and you do your part to keep the business running. It's a wonderful class I'd sugguest you join in before its too late and the first six weeks are over. Check with your school's guidance to see if your school offers the course.

They probably mean that you have the chance to get a scholarship through FBLA. I'm sure they have a website that you can look at to see for yourself.
