I've only dated a couple of guys- enough to get me started I guess... anyways, now I'm more "interested" in guys I guess, than I was before because I know a little bit of how things work. There's nobody I have an ABSOLUTE crush on, but there are a few guys that have caught my eye. I was just wondering, how do you initiate something with someone? I've only been asked out by guys, and I'd like to start taking chances myself and take my own picks. But it seems awkward, like what if they don't take the hint? I don't want to make it so methodical like: flip your hair around him or, wear his favorite color and talk about his interests... I mean, I want it to flow and not seem like work. Any advice?
usually on aim or whatever ill be talking to my crush
and once the convo dies down ill say
"so hows your love life :P"
and if they say
"no one at the moment you?"
make them want more info
and say something like
"i have an interestttt"
usually they get interested that your hiding something
and try to find out more
just tease and not tell

He will get the hint, and if he wants, he'll jump at it.

casually talk to his friends while he is around
talk to people that are around him
*smile at him alot more
*get some eye contact between you guys..then after it has happened a few times..hold it for longer
act happy and laugh when your around him
basically make him notice you**
if he likes what he sees, he will make an effort to talk to you or get your attention..then increase what your doing thats working to get his attention
