In the movie Picture This, with Ashley Tisdale, the phone her dad gets her, what is it called? Is it available in AT&T

It's only available for Verizon. And when they can "show" eachother what they are doing, thats fake. It's not a feature on the phone.

It's an LG VX9400.
I'm not sure if it's available in AT&T you could check though.
