I'm bloated and constipated all the time. If I'm not constipated, I'm not bloated. I eat enough fiber in my diet, and the only thing that really helps with the bloating is going to the bathroom or eating yogurt (actavia). Problem is, I can't stand yogurt, Actavia is the only one so far that I found remotely edible. Trust me I've tried them all. Anything else I can eat to help with my constipation and bloating.
Sometimes I'll be bloated to the point my stomach hurts.
Since you say this happens "all the time",
it could be caused by many things only a
doctor could figure out. Maybe you have a
food allergy, maybe your getting TO MUCH
fiber.

Since you said your always like this make sure you get to a doctor quickly. I am not trying to scare you but i have many friends who went through this and it was an extreamly painful time both emotionaly and physically for them.
Even if t isn't that its best to go to the doctors. Or get Miralax: its a laxitive that goes clear in anything but water and it helps you go to the bathroom. Your doctor can help better diagnose this however
