VERiZON PHONES..
hi,
i'm sorry i couldn't find the right category for this question but i was wondering if anybody could answer either of these questions::
1. i have the verizon chocolate and i never recieve text messages until like 20 minutes after people send them and people will say that they call me and my phone didn't even ring. so i was wondering if this happened to anyone else and if it was the phone or the service?
2. i get to get a new phone in january and i was thinking of some kind of blackberry so i was wondering if anybody had these and they could tell me how they are? or suggest a good quality phone for verizon that you have?

1. This happened to me too. I called verizon and they told me that all I had to do was update my phone. To do this you press *228. The girl I was talking to said you should do this every couple of months. If it doesn't help, call verizon and let them know. I'm sure they will know how to help you.
2. Blackberry's are really nice phones. They can be pretty pricey though. The ones verizon has are $149.99-$219.99. I personally like the pink Blackberry Pearl. They are so adorable. You can check them all out on this website:
