you should really eat six small meals through out the day. your problem probably is that you dont eat the right foods. there are certain foods that provide you with energy. you shouldn't eat alot of sugar. you may have energy at first, but you will crash. you should eat a fruit in the morning before you do anything else. that will get you started ith an energy boost.

You sound kinda of dehydrated. Drink lots of water. Its basically the only thing I drink, except for milk during dinner and after lunch some orange juice. But from the second I wake up, I drink water throught out the day. Like yesterday woke up, drank 2 cups, went to field hockey practice, drank 8. Still felt dehydrated, so by the time I got home, drank probably 5 more before dinner. Then after, keep on hydrating. In a normal day I drink about 20 cups of water when I know Im excersizeing.
So make sure your hydrated.
Then, if you hydrate well but still experience problems, maybe you should cut down your meal portion much smaller, and eat 5 meals. Eat a brunch and early dinner, followed by a small late dinner as well. Eating small meals a few hours apart is actually the best way to calorie intake.
Finally, make sure you are well rested. Dont stay up till 2 am, and them get up at 6 to excersize. Go to bed at a normal hour, and make sure you get around 9 hours of sleep.
Doing all this is basically the ultimate healthy lifestyle. If you do it, you will get sooo much more natural energy, without the use of caffeinators and such.
Good luck and keep active :)!
PS--just like its possible to drink too much food, its possible to drink too much water>>your stomach wont be able to digest it all. So drink throughout the day; I try to drink a cup or two every hour or so

You're 13! To work out so much everyday... even if you eat plenty then no matter what it's going to wear you out. Your body is still growing and while it does need exercise and proper eating, I think that you may be overdoing it. I suggest you work out a bit less and eat what you should every day.

All of this could be related to daily schedule, sleep, and such but from what I've got to work off of, this is the best advice I can give you.

Hope I helped a bit 8)
