Im 13 years old and im pretty tall for my age and i was 70 kilos before but then i started working out and stuff and now im 56 :) but i was just wondering whats a good weight for me i mean i wanna go on and i wanna be around 50 kilos but people have told me that it isnt good for me since im tall its unhealthy so what do you think?.

BMI is what you need to be reaching for. It means body mass index. It takes up how many fat cells you have in your body. Weight is not always something you want to go by, because muscle weighs more than fat. Or if you have large breasts, or are really tall, it can throw things like that off.
