Well, unfortunately, I can't tell you word-for-word what to say...but i can give you a few guidelines. =]
The most important thing about this is being creative. Write a short poem, telling her how all her years of wisdom has helped guide you through important times in your life. Or even just write a sentence or two explaining how important she is to you. Now, i'm not saying you have to go all Emily Dickenson on her...But a few nice words is always a kind gesture. =]
