Certainly "69" is indeed a number, but in english slang it is a sexual position as well. The best way to explain it is when two lovers pleasure each other with oral sex...Just at the same time.

when you flip over && give head to each other at the same time. if you look at it closely you could see the how the bodies would sort of be in that position.
