16/f..average height (5'6) and weight.
All the jeans that I ever buy are mostly stretchy. I rarely buy non-stretchy jeans. However, all of them always sag at my butt or my thighs. And I have no idea why. I wash them..and they'll shrink..but then at the middle of the day they'll get huge in the back area. So then I'd be forced to put a belt on...and when I'm forced to adjust that belt tightly, my butt becomes even MORE visible. Why is this? Why do they always stretch way out and sag? :(
Also, buy jeans with a smaller amount of spandex [99% cotton, 1% spandex] and they'll stretch less. [ LM's advice column | Ask LM A Question ]

I used to wear stretchy jeans all the time. Then, one time I accidentally bought non-stretchy and I was hooked. No more stretchy for me! The non-stretchy ones don't do anything weird to me throughout the day (I'm also average height and weight).
Why do your jeans stretch way out and sag? It's because they're stretchy, haha.
