WARM UP SONGS!

Ok my volleyball team needs warm up songs and i need to pick one. The thing is the song has to be clean, so if you have any ideas please tell me!

Hmm. I don't really listen to warm up songs that much. I don't really exercise xD.

And really what you consider a warm up song is something rap or hip hop or r&b.

The only music I listen to is Christian Rock and Alternative Rock.

But bands like The Rocket Summer and Relient K and Cartel are pretty awesome and I always wake up to them ;].
