Good drugstore brands:
L'Oreal (the best by far)
Revlon (pretty good)
Maybelline (has good mascara and lip gloss)
Almay
LiLMAMAx answered Wednesday August 20 2008, 2:50 pm: Considering you won't find "good quality" make-up under $5, you're pretty much screwed. But, if you go to Walmart they have cheap make-up that is good quality. Most make-up is way over $5. Try Family Dollar. They have Mabeline products for $1-3. Not much selection, but that have your basics. Good luck.

[new york color] , though there's many many more. Hope this helps. [ DJzmAgUy426's advice column | Ask DJzmAgUy426 A Question ]
