foundation question
when i apply concealer,
do i put my foundation ON TOP OF IT?
or below it?
or eiher way?
which WOULD YOUU PREFER?

You're generally suppose to put the concealor on after foundation, otherwise the concealor comes off. I usually put a little on before my foundation and a little after to make sure everything is covered :)

You are suppose to put the foundation on first than,
the concealer.So, you won't wipe it off when you put on the foundation.That's what you should do
it works much better.

I was watching a show
and it said put foundation
first then put concealer last
because then your concealer will just
smear off.

Apply your concealer first, otherwise it comes right off.
