can anyone here see who asked what question? or can only certain people (paid accounts?) see details of people who ask questions like if theyre a moderator or not and how many questions they ask?

"See more questions" gives a list of the last 200 *public* questions you asked, and it doesn't show deleted questions.

Hmm. The only people who can see WHO you are would be the 10 or less L2+ Moderators.
Paid accounts can see all the questions you've asked, but not who you are unless you've identified yourself.
Level 1 Moderators cannot see any of this information unless they have a paid account.
You are very anonymous on this site, and those that can see who you are normally don't use that information unless there is a problem.
