how do you pronounce "stephen" lol is it steFen or steVen?

It depends on the person. I know someone named Stephen who pronounces it SteFen. But, I also know someone named Stephen who pronounces it SteVen.

spelling doesn't matter. both names are pronounced "STEEVEN" with the "v" sound, not the "f" sound.
