I feel lost for no reason. i don't know what it is i fell so lost, like i don't know what i want or what i need or anything. i fell like I've been left in the dark for no reason. i feel weak, pushed away and unwanted, but no one has been treating me any different. i feel as if i am trapped in this world and i don't know how to end that feeling. Any one know? one day is good and i am happy the next day i wake up and i feel it, i feel the different as if everything i done yesterday doesn't exist and doesn't matter. how do i put this feel to rest forever?

That's life I'm afraid. Everyone feels like you do at some point in their lives. I can certainly relate to those days when all you want to do is pull the duvet over your head and ask the world to leave you alone. You are the only one that can get rid of that feeling and to do that you need to put yourself into a positive frame of mind. Not easy I know but you have to start by telling yourself that you are ready to face the world. Keep telling yourself that you are feeling fine and on top of things and eventually your brain will allow you feel that way. It's called a 'positive mental attitude' or PMA for short.
When you have a moment to sit down and think, write a list of all the positive things going on for you in your life, and all those things that you are really grateful for. That way, when you are on a downer, get the list out and read it over several times.
Another thing is to smile even if you really don't feel like it. Smile at the person passing you on the street, or the shop keeper or anyone else that looks like they might need a smile to cheer them up.
Once you have conquered those feelings of not being wanted or pushed aside etc., you will begin to fit in again every day. Keep your chin up and keep smiling. Good luck. ]
