which is better for editing pictures?

Photoshop elements or photoshop CS3

anyother info on either would be taken :)

Photoshop CS3 is a much better program. Unfortunately, quality comes with a price: CS3 is about &650, whereas Elements 6 is around $100. If the price is cool with you, I'd get CS3; I've used both and I liked it better. If it's not, Elements a wonderful program, it just has less tools and such.

If I were you, I'd check out the 30-day free trials (go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and click try on whichever you'd like; you'll have to sign up first). I think you may only be able to get one free trial though, so you'll have to decide which one you'd like to try out.
