If outside of your dreams you do not have ANY suspicions of him cheating, well then the dreams mean nothing. But if you do, well then maybe.
But for all intensive purposes, dreams mostly have no correlation to our actual lives. I've had dreams about being in my history class freshmen year, and then Stephenie Meyer walked in and wouldn't give me an autograph. Did that really happen? No. Will it ever happen? Probably not.

Is there a small part of you that's afraid he'll do those things? Or perhaps there's something he's said or done that upsets you but you haven't told him?
