whats a foundation that stays on all day under 15 bucks thanks! =]

NYX Twin cake powder. It's 14 dollars so its under your budget and it works SO good..its a Concealer..Foundation and powder all in one. I use it and it lasts all day and it doesnt clog your pores..[Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

Revlon Colorstay. The real trick to making your foundation stay on though: apply it with a damp sponge and set it with a pressed or loose powder. Otherwise it comes right off.
