You'll get used to them, the headaches are probably your eyes adjusting to the glasses, and then when you take them off, your eyes are straining to see again.

If it lasts more tham a few weeks, give your doctor's office a call. In the meantime, take an Advil or Tylenol if the headaches get really bad, and you'll get used to them. It might also be partially due to switching from contacts to glasses, and vice versa.

When I first got my glasses, I'd get headaches too after putting them on and taking them off. I think it was because I was getting used to them. It's a weird feeling how if you look down or up, you're not looking through your glasses, and if you take them off, suddenly you can't see as clearly. This causes dizziness, which then leads to headaches. So that could be your problem, just getting used to them. With contacts, when you look up, you're still seeing through them. And you don't have to take them off or put them back on throughout the day real fast you know?

I'd suggest maybe asking your eye doctor anyway if you have any further questions. I'm only guessing based on my experience, but a doctor would probably be better able to assess your situation.
