Question Posted Tuesday August 5 2008, 7:25 pm

My cell phone is acting up so I wanted to take it to the Verizon store. If they have to send me a refurb, am I allowed to pick a different color? The one I have gives me a headache. Any ideas? I have Verizon. Thanks!

Ahhh. I hate that!

You have to keep the same phone, model, and color that you have. they will not allow you to change the color. but ask them if you can, and if they say no offer a fee. Other then that, every time i have asked, they have said no.
