charlie horse

i usually get charlie horse's in the morning from streching and they are so painful but they go away soon. but on sunday i got a charlie horse in my calf and its still like there. and now its in my calf + thigh and its now tuesday. it hurts to walk. HOW DO I GET RID OF IT?!?!

One of the ways you can best get rid of the charlie horse is to stretch the muscle that is cramping. Since it's in your calf, try pointing your toes up as high as you can. Frequent cramping may be a problem though..and if this is this case, you should probably see a doctor.

all those sites pretty much tell you the same thing, stretch,vitamins,drink more water,and eat bananas.If you need anymore websites i have a few more just leave one in my inbox :)
