I'm 16/f, and I've been known to have anxiety and panic attacks but nothing severe. The worst was when I was dizzy for a few moments and I felt like I wasn't getting enough air. However lately it feels like my heart is being clenched, but not where I'm crying or anything. Just occasional short off-beats that don't feel good at all, and also I feel short of breath. They last about 10 minutes each and this happens maybe three times a day. Are these just short panic/anxiety attacks? Is it possible that it's that I don't eat correctly all the time, you know, not enough vitamins? Or is this something totally weird and it would be best to see my family doctor?

Is usually after you've stoop up suddenly or done something physical? It hasn't happened to me for a while now, but i wondered whether it could be something as simple as not breathing enough... or too much chease in my diet.
I don't know anything but it could psychologically related. Try closing your eyes and visualising yourself floating off on a dark ocean of calm. Follow your breathing, feel your heart beat and relax.
if you find it uncomfortable being conscious of your heart beat and breathing.. as i sometimes did.. i think that points to it being psychologically related. Stay with it, accept that your body will die someday, and surrender to your fate.
If none of this helps then see a doctor. Some doctors are good, some are rubbish. If you don't think your being taken seriously or are just being fobbed off and given a box of pills, remember doctors are a tool for you to use to get your health care, and they won't always look after you without you doing anything. You could ask for an ultrasound of your heart done at your local hospital. Having your heart look at should at least give you peace of mind that there's nothing seriously wrong with you.
