Of course you can make noises, guys love that. Just don't fake it..because he'll be able to tell if you are. And as far as your hands go, you could run them through his hair, or hold his face while your making out with him.

If you're enjoying it, give him a little feed back. You can talk sexy, you know that hot, dirty stuff. You can moan, you can giggle, honestly, anything is fine. Don't do it if he's doing something you don't like, that'll make him think you want him to continue with whatever it is he's doing.
You can run your hands up his body, on his neck, on his face, through his hair. Personally, I run my hands through his hair, I think its sexy.
