can a guy only get a girl pregnant when he is hard? cause like can you both get naked and play around and finger eachother without the guy getting you pregnant even if his penis is around you but not in the vagina? i want to be safe :]

Whether he is "hard" or not, if sperm comes out, and it gets anywhere near your vagina, you risk pregnancy.

If you want to be safe, use protection, even if you're not having sexual intercourse.

Well techinically, if the guy cums and it were to get on his finger and he were to continue fingering, yes you should get pregenant. So, yes it is possible.
