about how much should a tune up cost?

i dont know anything about this stuff so any help is good

Around 50 to maybe 150, depending on where you go. Just so you know, auto shops LOVE to take advantage of customers, ESPECIALLY women. They will tell you that "this and that needs to be fixed" when it isn't broken in the first place. Since you're a woman (I'm just assuming that you are), then think you don't know jack about cars, which most women usually don't. So, you should have your dad, boyfriend, brother, or guy friend drop off your car.

I did a little "googling" (using the term "tune up cost") and discovered that the price of a tune up can very greatly.

The lowest I encountered was $30, and the highest was $250. This is due to several factors, to include the extent of the tune up and what exactly is done during it.
