House prices in the OC

I recently read that Slade Smiley's house (from The real Housewives of Orange County) was listed for 1.7 million, but recently slashed to 1.2. I was under the impression that the gated community Coto De caza (or any of them for that matter) have VERY expensive houses...not that that isn't expensive. But i live in a house (NOT a mansion...or even close to a mansion) that is just under 2 million. I do live in a county that is known for being for "rich people" but even so. I would think all fo the houses in Orange County would be insanely high...idkk "the oc" not as reputable as i thought...

.. and you'll find what homes are selling for. I use this site in school mainly for researching house styles in certain geographic areas, but the prices are there too =]
