i think sex on legs is just used to describe like a really attractive person. Like if a hot guy/girl walks past you you would tell you're friend "wow sex on legs" or something like that.
for "me and ______ are sex on legs" it might just mean that both of you are really hot? i don't know. Hope that helped some?
