Can birth control pills act as ECPs? For instance, if I were to have sex and I just started the pill about 8 days ago then had unprotected sex, does taking the pill mean I'm still safe? Or if there was a problem with the condom like it slipped off during say the 3rd day on the pill? Does the BCPs work that way?

If the condom fell off that doesn't have anything to do with what the pill does. You should be safe yes, The pill is pretty protective. If you are still worried please take a test.
