Stomach pains

Question Posted Tuesday July 22 2008, 1:45 am

17/f

Most days when I go to school I have a severely bloated, painful and uncomfortable stomach. I'm thin but I have a really uncomfortable stomach all day and I don't feel like eating. It isn't just my stomach but all of my insides hurt. I usually find that this happens when I still have food in my stomach from dinner when I wake up again in the morning.
How can I stop this from happening? It's so horrible.

you should tell your mom and see if you can get an appointment with your doctor and see what he/she says.

I used to have that when I ate breakfast, so I stopped eating so much for breakfast. If you don't eat any, try eating like a granola bar, or something small.

Also, try not to eat late. Try eating dinner earlier in the evening, that way the food will have time to digest and it shouldn't give you severe stomach pains.

hope i helped, let me know. =]
