Braces
i have braces and ever since i got them on my teeth arent as white as they used to be. and i brush my teeth. does anyone know what i should do? and what would help?

I no the feeling! I had braces. And its pretty hard to brush. Okay so, go to target and get "Listerine Whitening" its like mouth wash, but it makes your teeth whiter it looks like this: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
Your supposed to rinse with that first, then brush your teeth. I advise you to use "Crest Pro Health" Tooth paste which looks like this : [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
And after that, use the regular green mint flavored listerine, I would because it'll make your breath smell really good. Haha. I hope it helped! That what I use, and my teeth are for sure getting whiter! :D

You should try using a whitening toothpaste. My brother and I use one by Crest, and it was in a blue box, but that's all I remember =/

- Brush them more often, Use mouth wash too.
& Go to the denist & Get your teeth whitened.
