Babies?
What's with the refferences about babies being born at proms or dances or whatever. I've heard jokes/songs/etc about it but I don't quite understand where it came from?

I didn't fully understand your question, either, but I think it's because for a lot of teens:
prom = sex
sex = babies

are you sure it's babies being BORN at proms or dances or whatever? because it might be that girls are getting pregnant at proms/dances/whatever because a lot of girls have sex after these kinds of events. when a guy takes a girl to a dance or something he may expect some action. so that's why. :)

Your question kind of confuses me and the only reasonable answer I could come up with as that the music artists, jokers, or etc. are saying the world is changing and that a lot of teens are having sex, getting pregnant, and having babies when they are still in highschool.
