A couple of things you could do. Hide the tickets and leave little clues here and there that will allow him to find the tickets by surprise, sort of like a map to a treasure hunt--he of course won't know what he is looking for.
QUESTION: what type of clues could i leave so he's surprised and maybe i could try to grab his swimwear but how would i grab it or even know what it is without making it obvious...i have about 3 days for this to be all ready.
Here's an example: Start the search with a note taped to the bathroom mirror or some obvious place that says: I love you I really do, for a nice surprise look in your white (Nike) or whatever shoe.
Then on the inside of the shoe have another little poem or clue.
Then lead him to another clue with the same concept--like tape a note on the back of the remote, point him to a coat pocket with yet another clue, put one in the fridge, then a drawer, then maybe the glovebox of the car, then back in the house---you could have him running in circles.
Instead of words you could draw a treasure map to each item with a new map to the next place. Finally in the last place such as a sock drawer have the tickets placed so when he opens the drawer he sees them right away. Might drive him crazy, but it will be fun watching. You could also record him on video....which would be funny. Let me know if you do that. LOL. [ Nallie's advice column | Ask Nallie A Question ]
