how do you use BitComet?
once it's downloaded what sites do you go one to download the music?
also how do you download the music?

*you wait until there are Peers and Seeds. Peers are other people downloading and sharing-they don't have 100% of the file. The seeds are those who are distributing only, they do have the entire file.
If it's too slow, try a torrent with more ppl in it. A normal speed is above 50Kbps*
